The Committee on Ministry has as its mission no less than the Ministry of the Fellowship: both that of our Minister, Dr. Michael Tino, and the ministry which we all, in community, offer to one another.

Current projects of the Committee include looking at communication in the Fellowship (and especially encouraging us to use the principles of Non-Violent Communication, also called Compassionate Communications), encouraging lay leadership development and developing systems for ongoing care of one another.
